It provides knowledge about the functioning of planes, air safety, meteorology, the mental functioning of fear, and how to handle it through physical exercises: breathing, relaxation, and visualizations.
It provides basic knowledge on air safety and resources to handle claustrophobia and other associated anxiety disorders, with the possibility to offer guidance and prescribe medication if necessary.
Adapted to each specific case. This is the most recommended of our courses. The four hours can be taken in one or two sessions. You can come with another person (family member, partner, or travel companion) at no extra charge.
In-depth work on problems related to the fear of flying: fear of heights, claustrophobia, panic disorders, anxiety disorders. It is complemented with more Virtual Reality sessions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
